TEDDY error no. 10910

I have set up a model from TEDDY, when running the TEDDY script I regularly get error no. 10910 “could not open graphics metafile, check io-permissions and accesses 12200”. (see screenshot below)

I frequently run the same TEDDY script with different parameters for parameter studies. The error in question mainly occurs with the MAXIMA program, but sometimes also with ASE or SIR.

The strange thing is that when I rerun the part, or the entire script (exact same script, no changes), the error no longer occurs.

Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this?

Hello Danny

At first I would advise to install the latest service pack of the software via the SOFiSTiK Application Manager.

The error message occurs when the ‘graphic output file’ (.plb file) could not be opened. Please check if this file is write protected and whether you have enough free space on your drives to run the calculations.

Perhaps you have to safe the project in a new file directory.
