Results of frequency

Hi,
I have one problem in SOFiSTiK. I have a model with more than 20 cables and doing the modal analysis:

end

In the system I can see the global frequency of every eigenforms. Does anybody know where I can find values of frequency of every cable?

Hi,

you want to check frequencies of cables. There are two ways:

  1. You have to mesh cable and define your primary load case since cable frequency depends on its normal force.
  2. You can simply read cable normal forces and put them into simple cable vibration equation.
