Plastic hinge - moment redistribution

Hi,

I have define a plastic hinge for a concrete section.
The idea is to implement moments redistribution when the section exceeds a certain moment in a construction stage.
The analysis is carried out in talpa module with teddy. However, there is no variation between the My diagram with the work law or not. The problem comes defining the plastic hinge for My in the work law. How could I define the hinge and where is it placed at the beam? How does the performance state (mrad) works?
