I work on csm of the bridge. One of stage is turning off the temporary supports. All calculations of csm went fine but some of the supports don’t disappear. I look for the reason why. Please help me! 
Activating/Deactivating elements is usually done group wise in CSM.
Your supports are in different groups, so check whether they should be in the same group or whether you forgot to deactivate a group (group 12 for the support shown)
The supports are in different groups because it’s turning off in different stages. Group 12 is set well.
