Nodal loads for incremental launching brigde construction

a bridge is constructed via incremental launching

the sofistik model uses group activation for modelling of different construction stages

beam loads can be applied for the whole bridge. they will be activated according to the beam activation via group control correctly, i.e. only for the part of the bridge that is launched yet

nodal loads can not be applied in a similar straight forward manner. An error occurs for those loads, that are referring to nodes which are not connected to the model (as the respective beams are not activated yet).

Is there a simple way to use nodal force (similar to beam loads) without the neccesity to create different load case for different construction stages?

If you apply nodal loads to nodes, that are not activated in a specific CS, I dont think this willl work as the force vector searches for non existing nodes. Why you dont want to use beam loads?

The model requires beam loads as well as nodal loads. In addition, QUAD loads (for temperature) are required. Interestingly, Quad noads behave similar to nodal loads, i.e. if a load is specified on a quad, that is not activated, an error occurs. Is there a way to connect loads and construction stages except from seperate load cases (maybe in a similar way to cross section definition command “BA”?)

For nodal loads this option is not available
