Is there any way to model plain cement concrete (pcc)? Should I set the parameter MRF=0, so that no reinforcement would be calculated when designing?
Shouldn’t matter If you are using quads.
In non-linear analysis you apply the minimum reinforcement in bemess.
If you are using concrete without reinforcement, checking the linear stresses should be sufficient. (i.ie. just the ASE output)
If you are using beams, you should create the sections without reinforcement.
Adding
Ctrl Opt RfCs Val 0 in AQUA and
Ctrl Opt SvRf Val 0 in AQB
might help getting rid of unwanted reinforcement.
