Hallo,
i have question regarding design check for rebar in Quad element, im using BEMESS to define rebar layer with multi layer LAY. I try to define D = 0 for upper layer and when i try to run BEMESS CTRL TYPE ULTI, it gives error message.
+++++ error no. 513 in program BLAY_INNER
On every side at least 2 bars must be given for a design in BEMESS.
is there any way to do rebar design on QUAD with only lower rebar?
