Interpolation between two sections

Hello everyone.

When modeling the slab-beam bridge, I defined two cross-sections: the end diaphragm section and the mid-span section, as shown in (PIC 1 and PIC 2). Since there is a geometric variation between these two sections, the SOFISTIK attempts to perform an automatic interpolation to transition from the start section (end diaphragm section) to the end section (mid-span section)

, as shown in (PIC 3). However, an issue arises because the two sections are not geometrically compatible for interpolation, resulting in distorted intermediate shapes (as seen in PIC 4) and a warning message (PIC 5).

How I can solve the interpolation problem?

after export run
PROG AQUA
head
inte 0
end

Thank you for your reply.

I have converted the model to a TEDDY file and added the parameter INTE 0 as shown in the attached images. All modules run without any warning messages; however, the generated cross-section still appears without interpolation.

Look also here (important: INTE in a separat INTE-AQUA ! AFTER ! MSH):

The hint “Sections to be interpolated mast have identical structures” mean that not only the geometry must be identical (for example a rectangle and a circle are not identical), but also all cross section elements. But one can see that cross section 2 has only 4 polygon points along the vertical edge of the web and cross section 1 has here 6 points.
So assure that they are really identical. Only the position of the polygonal points and other elements may vary.
