How to quickly apply something to all the elements?

E.g. applying uniform temperature change (DT) to all the beam elements, all the quad elements.

In Sofiload, what should be input under “FROM” “TO” “INC”?

Try
“BEAM GRP - TYPE…” for the beams
“AREA REF QGRP - TYPE…” for the quads
Please correct me if I am wrong.
