How to make SOFiSTiK to not merge overlapping nodes?

Hi,

I have several flat surfaces on the xy-plane that I mesh i Rhino and export as a structural area to sofi. It could be that some nodes lie on the exact same coordinates, I would like to keep them seperate however, so the meshes don’t intersect during the analysis, is there a way of doing this?

Hello David

you can deactivate the automatic intersection of a structural element with the comand

SAR ... XFLG ' PLA'
