We are currently working on a project designing a timber high-rise structure. The structure seems to work when running TEDDY – the section forces and displacements can be seen.
When trying to use the RELY program, we get an error ”Design point could not be obtained”, when defining the limit state functions. Sometimes we can run the first limit state function, but when trying to run the second on, this error keeps showing. We have tried to follow the example in the example folder, but this error keeps showing.
We are exporting the structure from Revit to SSD, and it seems to work.
What could be the issue and how do we solve it?
