Error code 101 ELLA

I created an EF model of the bridge on SOFISTIK. I used the ELLA module to execute the loading calculations. I cannot start the calculations because there was a licensing problem with SOFISTIK. However, I also created another model of the bridge on SOFISTIK (precast concrete bridge), and I am able to run the calculations with the loading using the ELLA module.

SOFISTIK sent me warnings such as: “Licensing problem (error code 101) 2.4.2025, 17:55:07” and “Licensing problem gone 2.4.2025, 17:55:33”. I do not know where this is coming from; could you please explain it to me and suggest solutions?

I thick this message means that the license is missed at 17:55:07 and found again at 17:55:33. This can be caused by a network problem when you use a network license.
Is that conclusive?
