Eccentric Nodal Spring Support

Hello,

Is it possible in Sofistik to add nodal spring support with eccentricity! I am using the spring element command “SPRI” but there is no option to add an eccentricity!!

I am more familiar with SofimshC, but I think you need to create:

  • A SPT (or node in sofimshA) where the spring should be
  • A SPT (or node in sofimshA) where the rest of the structure is supposed to be
  • A constraint connecting them (or very stiff spring)
