Creating a Circular Hollow Section in Teddy

Hi Everyone ,
I am trying to develop a circular hollow section with a diameter of 139.7mm and a thickness of 4.0 mm. My teddy code is as follows

Ikeep getting the same error

the error comes due to input NEG at CIRC R 0.0645 NEG $ Inner Radius (CHS_Ri). In addition, the input record SECT is also missing. When you want to use the TVAR variable for the radii in a later AQUA run for the cross section interpolation along an axis the input hast to be as follows:
