Is there a way to design an RC bridge column, including 2nd order effects? I know there is an COLUMN module for this stuff, but in the tab with combinations there is a total mess, and with modeled over 1000 (including moving loads TS&UDL) loadcases it is imposible for me to controll whats happend over there.
Any ideas?
Ok, I found that I can implement normal maxima for module Column just by using Teddy.
Now I have other question. Is there a possibility to check how Sofistik is calculating the Ed value?
It’s strange, because the module Column says that Ed/Rd is arount 75%, but when I run just AQB module witchout II’nd effects, the stresses are too big.
