I am trying to examine the buckling phenomenon of a column-cable system. The load control analysis or displacement analysis are weak of computational point of view to catch snap back phenomenon.
is there anyone who can help me formulate in teddy the arc length method?

The arc length method is not implemented at the moment.
You could try to work with the command PUSH (ASE), even though this is not a perfect workaround.
A suitable example can be found within the TEDDY.
