Wind turbine foundation slab with variable thickness

Hello everyone,

I have been working on wind turbine circular concrete foundation slabs for a while now. In version 2014 I could make a slab (divided into 4 section) that has outer thickness lets say 0.50 m, and inner thickness 2.50 m, with linear thickening from the outer to the inner edge. But in versions after that, when I do the same thing, The thickening is not linear, but curved (looks as a saucer?). Is there a way to make the thickness change linear? Currently working on version 2024.

Hi Firuost!

Did you try to define the thickness at an intermediate boundary? In the manual it is said that the square method is applied, since your plan geometry is a circle, this may lead to a parabola. However, by defining intermediate circles with the expected thickness you may get what you want.
