Why the support in the red box has no reactions in any loadcase?
It’s hard to tell from informations that you provided. Check in animator under the load that if connection between support, and the beam elements works like it should, if no then check if those constraints connects in one node, that might be the case.
Also keep in mind that using “fix” as a bearing is not the best solution. Your soulution will generate extra forces.

Support 1049 or 1052 has no reaction.
Support 1049 and 1050 connect to SPT 1058;
Support 1052 and 1053 connect to SPT 1061
If I only keep support on one side only, either left or right, bot have reactions
