Could you please give us some more information about the error message? Does the error pops up in every Revit Session? Is it initialized by a specific command?
Please notice that the officially supported Revit versions are always restricted to the last 4 versions of the product - For example: Supported Product versions in May 2023 are: Revit 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021.
