I am not sure what you really want to know. But when modelling with the graphical tool SOFiPLUS, based on AutoCAD you can simply mirror your system.

With module SOFiMSHA there are some powerfull commands to modifiy MOD and transform TRAN existing structures. Please have a look inside the manual. Examples can be found inside the TEDDY, menu File -->examples
