Using soficad

Hello everyone, I’m trying to model a structure with a distributed load and a fixed support, but when I export the structure from AutoCAD to SOFiSTiK, there just appears the element without the load and the support.
I’m adding a picture where you can see the model in autocad and the model I get when I export it.

Hello

I assume you work with SOFiPLUS(-X)?
How did you define the boundary conditions? Did you model a fixed structural line or structural point?

Apart from that, have you checked the applied loads in the Graphic (Wingraf)?
