"The seismic loads in Sofistik software"

Hello,

I have started the seismic study of a project on Sofistik, however, I am encountering difficulties in finding the seismic load cases when I create seismic combinations. Additionally, during the sizing of linear or surface elements according to seismic loads, the software indicates that there are no seismic load cases, despite having already initiated the seismic study. Similarly, when exporting the loads of the walls in Excel format, I am unable to find the internal forces of the walls in the seismic load cases. I only find the internal forces of the natural modes.
