Hello, I have a question about the SIR module, I am not so familiar with it
I have some quad elements and defined a SIR section . If I extract the values from the tables I can see that an integration of values over a lenght (1.5m) has been done

I can understand how it has been done for the axial force, but I don t get the values for the bending moment.

Does someone have some experience with this?

Hi Federico,
moments are always integrated moments of cutted elements plus moment from normal force multiplied with eccentricity to reference line. So if you expect no moments (because there are only normal forces) you must align the reference line into the center of gravity cutted elements.
