Sofistik Bridge Modeler not shown in Revit 2021

I have both Revit 2020 and 2021, and Sofistik Bridge Modeler 7.0.870 on Win 10.

The Bridge Modeler is shown in Revit 2020, but not in Revit 2021.

My guess would be that you have only installed the bridge modeller for 2020.
Go to
-> Sofistik application manager
-> Bim Apps 2021
-> Check if you have installed the necessary products.

In the SAM, I see Bim Apps 2020, no 2021

If you can’t solve it with updating somehow, I think you need to contact support.
