Rebar Shape image and Schedule creation issue

Hello,

I am encountering an issue while working with Sofistik Reinforcement Detailing plugin for Revit 2021. Whenever I try to use the Shape Image command or the Schedule command I get the error shown in the image below.

I am currently using the EU content pack and I need to set marks using the “mark per project option”.

Even if I try to change to “mark per host” I get the same error when I try to create shape images in bulk.

What might be the issue here?

Hello

Have you tried to refresh the rebars?
It seams like one of the reinforcements is corrupted.

SOFiSTiK Reinforcement > check > update

If this doesn’t help, we need the project files.

Hi Frederik,

I did try to do that but the error kept showing up.
I did get in touch with the Sofistik support and the issue seemed to be caused by two different causes:

  1. For the Schedule command it was a simple timeout error. Sofistik generated the schedule but since it took too long it was unable to open it in the background. But when looking in the folder I could find the updated docx file
  2. For the Shape image error it seems that it clashed with one of the plugins I had installed in Revit

I think these issues are now resolved in the 2022 release of Sofisitk Reinforcement Detailing.
