if you are having issues like that, please use our official support contact. In order to be able to narrow down and check the problem further, please send me the log files we have generated as well. These are easiest to collect and send using our Support Assistant. Please just follow the steps below:
- Start SOFiSTiK Application Manager via Windows Start ‣ SOFiSTiK Application Manager
- Press the top right button with the headphone symbol and follow the instructions with the request type “Problems with installation…”
Please send the automatically generated e-mail with the attached *.zip file to us.
