Problem with displaying buckling modes in the Viewer

Hello

I am currently using SOFiSTiK FEA version 2025-6.

I have encountered the following problem. After calculating buckling modes I noticed that most of the modes are not available in the Viewer (I am only able to select the first two modes):

However, all of the buckling modes can be viewed in the older system visualization tool:

What could be the problem?

With best regards,

Martin

Dear @mcalvo

May I bother you with a question regarding the viewer? Could you explain how the viewer determines whether results are compatible?

I am using SOFiSTiK version 2025-6 and for some reason most of my buckling modes are not available in the viewer:

And for some reason the available results differ every time I perform calculations. For example I calculated the same model again without changing anything and this time none of the buckling modes were available in the viewer:

All of the results are available in the older System visualization tool

With best regards,

Martin

Hi @MartinT ,

The Viewer considers a load case compatible if node deformation data is available for that load case. Maybe you can try deleting the *.sqlite file (the Viewer must be closed) and then re-open (in case of a syncing problem).

If not, please reach the support ( Technical-support SOFiSTiK AG ) and attach your example to the message.

Best regards,
Mathieu

Hi @mcalvo

Deleting the *.sqlite file solved the problem. Now all of the buckling modes are visible.

Thank you very much for the fast reply.

With best regards,

Martin
