It’s the same problem/warning on a theoretical level.
Your cable is too short to stress from both sides.
Stress each cable from one side only.
Regarding the slip:
It might be the same warning (i.e. might disappear with one-sided stressing).
Otherwise it’s your geometry.
Post a file, otherwise it’s just guesswork.
