No "master.json" in offline installation files

I follow this guide GET OFFLINE INSTALLATION FILES

I use

"C:\Program Files\SOFiSTiK\common\SOFiSTiK Application Manager (SAM)\sam_mirror.exe" --source https://sam.sofistik.io -g tools -g fea-2020 -g soficad-2020 -g bimapps-2020 --target "C:\sofistik_cache"

to get all the files except “master.json” as mentioned in the step 4 of the above guide, “The target directory now contains a database (master.json)”

Have you installed the latest version of the SAM?
Have you tried to run the command a second time?
I can run the command on my computer without any problems.
