For my master’s thesis, I am investigating the modal mass of CLT elements.
I would like to know how to calculate the activated mass. The output shows m_a= u²*m, but with the deformation u output, I cannot obtain the percentage shown in the report. This can probably be calculated by dividing m_a/m. However, I cannot obtain the same result. Which deformation u should I use in the formula?
Can you help me with this?
