Graphic averaging over certain width

Hi, I’m learning to work with Graphic and I have some high localised peaks in my slab (quad elements) I want to average out over a certain width (say 1m).

I came across the cut feature which looks like the correct tool but I cant find a setting to specify the width over which the result is averaged. Is this possible in Graphic and if so, how?

For reference I’m referring to an averaging feature similar to what is available in Tekla Structural Designer (result strip) and SCIA (averaging strip).

make a cut → show results for cut → go to layer setting → set constant averaging.

Thank you, I found the setting you were referring to.

If I then understand this correctly, it averages over the length of the cut? I.e. the width I’m after is the sames as the length of the cut.

For reference, the example I’m looking at changes like this:

Yes, exactly

If you change from Average (constant) to Total force you get the sum along the cut and the width instead. (in case you need to check)
