I have uploaded annotation families that are not visible in sofistik settings rebar tab. Which folder path is sofistik linked to so I can add my families there?

I am not sure what you are trying to achieve. Can you please describe your problem in more detail?
As far as I know, an annotation family is loaded into the Revit project, not into a directory.
