In SofimshC, GAXA, there are two methods to define axis plan view,
Length based definition and Tangentially based definition.
In Rhino - Grasshopper interface, there is only Length based definition compnent, “Plan View Segment”
is it possible to add Tangentially based definition componnet in Grasshooper?
Hi, currently there is indeed only the length based axis definition supported within GH. Having a tangentially based input there, we will consider as a feature request.
In any case, you can define the axis using the tangentially based input in SOFiMSHC (in a dat file) and then read in the curve from the generated cdb using the AxisFromCdb compnent.
