Exit code 1 during Sofiplus-X installation

Hi,

I get this message when trying to install Sofiplus-X 2022 or earlier versions (2023 works)

“We encountered problems: SoFiPLUS-X 2020: The installation failed with exit code: 1”

Tried to uinstall, remove data files and tried again but with no succes
