Error - Unhandled Acess Violation

Hello,

I am currently using sofistik 2020 as a tool to finish my master thesis. I am currently applying a wind load to a mast tower. I had no problems until yesterday, when I tried to edit wind load in Sofiplus application. I get FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Acess Violation Reading 0x0200 Exception at 4DAFF2CFh. I get that error whenever I try to click on structural line or any other load. SSD application works fine, but I cannot edit anything in Sofiplus because I get the error message.

Can you please tell me what can be the cause of this error? I can attach some files that I made, using sofiplus if it helps.

Without the files (.sofistik and .dwg) I can’t give you any solution. If you send me the damaged files, I can take a look at the problem.
