Could you please post your project files or report files? Without any further information I can’t give you a clear solution.
If I have to guess, you should check your system for instabilities.
In order to find the source of the warning I would reduce the system and try to calculate the smaller parts.

Tank JFH for your interest. i have already find de Problem. it was about instability due to the constrait of the footing of the structure. i just applyed a fixed constraint and it was all. tank a lot.
