Earthquake RSA- reload

Hello, I have a question please. I wanted to calculate seismic forces using Earthquake RSA- reload, but apparently thye software said : ‘system without level information’. ‘see picture below please’

Hi Ismail,
you must define levels either in PROG SOFiMSHC with command SLVL or within SOFiPLUS, see 01a.jpg.
