Dynamic Analysis (rayleigh factors)

Hi Everyone,
I have a question about rayleigh factors a and b for modale damping.

I’d like to know how the f1 and f2 are determined for calculating a and b factors?
on the SOFISTIK example, they set f2 as the 5th eigenfrequency

But I want to know exactely what we have to use as the f2 for different projects? (is it always 5th eigenfrequency or … ).
