Distribution of reinforcment due to horizontal loads on a concrete plate


i got an plate with very high horizontal traction loads due to diagonally columns. I modelt the h-forces as line loads (global in PYY or PXX) over the column width. For the Projection of loading line i have choosen „N normal of reference area (GAR)“ and fort he Reference type
But why is the reinforcment distribution so different between the top and the bottom of the plate? Do i have to change the referent for the loads to get an even distribution? The best would be, if the programm would distribute the reinforcment due tot he horizontal stress 50% to the top and 50% to the bottom.
