Cross member editor

I have encountered a problem with the cross member editor. Although I define properly the axis of my structure, the structural lines and the cross section, when I double click a placement in order to view the cross section, even though the cross section editor window opens normally, it seems that there is no cross section. The window is total black. Can please anyone help me?

Hello

Did you check if the cross section of the beam is assigned correctly?
How did you assign the beam to the axis?
Have you used the function “segment on axis”?
