Create opening in structural Area

Hi,
Unable to create opening in structural Area in Sofiplus as show in fig. Any specific step or method in missing.

Hi Wasee-Khan,

openings can not be displayed in the 3D structural view in Sofiplus. The structural area and the opening are two independent objects and the opening is not linked to the area. Therefore it is not considered in the 3D view. This can only be checked after mesh generation (Export from Sofiplus) in the Viewer/System Visualization. There you should be able to see the opening.
