Hi, i am designing reinforcement for abutment of a semi-integral bridge. The deal is that when i design reinforcement for it what is shown to me are values that are considered okay except on the places where i gave constraint to connect areas. What should i do, how to minimize that impact?
I included photo of upper principal and upper cross reinforcement. I cut one perticular area just to showcase the issue. Bottom line of this area is where that area is connected with constraints to other area. As you can see values are huge and even on some area undisagnable. Please help
