Can we use Kirchhoff bending theory for plate and shells instead of Mindlin?

Hello,

As mentioned in the topic. Can we use Kirchhoff’s bending theory to calculate plates and shells in Sofistik? I couldn’t find any option to change this in Sofiplus or SSD.

No, there is no way to use the Kirchhoff’s bending theory for area elements in SOFiSTIK.
