BEMESS - reinforcement in both directions (plate)

Hello

I have a model consisting of shell elements.
I want to define reinforcement in both directions, top and bottom.
No matter how i define it, i can only get reinforcement to show in one direction?

This is my code:

GEOM - HA 25 DHA 10 HB 25 DHB 10 $ Expositionsklasse XC1
DIRE  90 90
PARA NOG - DU 20 ASU 0 0 ASL 3.77[cm2/m] 3.77[cm2/m] WKU 0.30 $

I misunderstoof the manual.
This is the correct code that gives reinforcement in both directions, both layers.

GEOM - HA 53 DHA 16 HB 53 DHB 16 $ Expositionsklasse XC1
DIRE UPP 90 LOW 90
