I am doing my master Project using Sofistik and the Eurocode 1992-2 DE. I am trying to model the Impact Loads on the defenses and the vehicle loads on Footways and cycle tracks.
Is there any way to model these loads using the traffic loads module?
I would really appreciate your help.

I am not sure what you are trying to calculate. Do you want to model the horizontal Impact Loads on a guard railing or a bridge support? The traffic loader is not made for impact loads.
If you want to calculate the impact with a dynamic simulation, you could look at the followiing TEDDY example about the impact of a car on a guard railing.
TEDDY > File > examples > ase > english / deutsch > dynamics > movs_car_collision.dat
