Approach for reinforcement design

Hi

Is it possible to define reinforcement for shell elements (diameter, cover and centre distance) and then use Sofistik to determine utilization ratios for bending and shear? I have investigated BEMESS in Teddy, and for me it seems only possible to determine the required amount of reinforcement in ULS.

In some cases, it could be more applicable to define the actual reinforcement in a shell element, and then use Sofistik to check that utilisation ratios for bending and shear are below 1.0, and that the actual crack widths do not exceed the requirements. Is this possible?
