I am trying to generate designs on sofistik through code with an API in order to simplify creation (to make it more accessible, in encapsulated functions instead of having someone to learn cadinp).
I saw this piece of documentation :

that could maybe make it possible with lua on Sofiplus, however the information is very insufficient and incomplete.
I am already able to interact with the cdb and to overwrite dat files with pyhton scripts, which are ways around to the approach that is suggested in the link, the latter being straightforward.
I was wondering if it was possible to get full access to the documentation related to lua (if it exists) and how large the possibilities to create designs from an api are, as all applications seem limited to sofistik_daten modules (in C# pyhton, vba, etc…).

I recommend you try our Rhino Grasshopper Workflow. This enables you to set up any parametric modell you want to.
