While launching the ULS design check I encoutered 2 majors errors 191 and 123 ,stating that there is a shear failure in a certain quad element and that Elements have been undesignable according code .
Does anyone have an idea how to resolve these errors .

With quad elements there almost always are a few elements that can’t be designed due to singularities.
Run the calculation with the box “Continue after errors” checked (or use +Prog Bemess -r) to complete the run and then evaluate whether you can disregard the error or your structure is not sound.
