I just have a problem here
This is the My because of the pre-stressed system but i don’t know why that the moment is positive in the mid-span although all the tendons are below the cg. Do you know why that occurs ?

Try to look at your cross sections. Maybe there is a step in the center of gravity or the local coordinate system is rotated.

Yes, there is a step in center of gravity but the tendons are still below it so it must be a negative moment.
For the local coordinates of the cross sections. i checked all of them in the cross-section editor and they are the same.
