I am using SOFiStik to develope model for my Master thesis. I couldn’t find details on types of quad element present, formulation or development of quad element by sofistik in its manual. I searched all the sofistik manual and could find very little regarding the topic. Where can I find how the quad element is developed and how its stress is calculated mathematically on sofistik.
